Excursion ProgrammeERA Ltd, the official excursion agent for the XV Regional Congress of the
ISBT in Athens, is in charge of sightseeing tours. Professional English
speaking guides will conduct each tour. Reservations will be accepted on a
first come, first served basis. Early booking is recommended as on-site
availability cannot be guaranteed. Please fill in correctly the “excursion
programme” section of the Congress registration form to register. It is not
recommended to bring children younger that 5 years of age on tours. Any
cancellation must be notified in writing to ERA Ltd. Refund of fees, less a
30% administration charge, can be notified only until June 1, 2005.
Cancellations after this date will not be accepted. The organisers reserve the
right to cancel tours with less than the minimum number of participants,
orchange the date of a tour for logistical reasons. Exact pick up time and
place will be announced at the final programme.

Cape Sounion (afternoon tour)- 15.00-19.00 hrs – Daily serviceDistance from Athens City : 70 kmThe spectacular coastal drive past the beaches of Glyfada, Vouliagmeni and Varkiza, will take you to Cape Sounion, which is dominated by the Temple of Poseidon. Located on the edge of apeninsula, it offers a spectacular view of the Saronic Gulf. Cost per person: € 32 C. Drive on to Mycenae, the Homeric city of Atreides. Visit the Lion’s Gate, the Cyclopean Walls, the Royal Tombs. Depart for Nafplionthrough Argolis, the picturesque town nestling at the foot of a cliff crowned by the mighty ramparts of the Palamidi Fortress and leave to Epidaurus. Morning transfer to the pier, Trocadero, to embark your cruise ship. Sailto
the island of Aegina and a chance to visit the famed Temple ofAfea Athena
(optional). Embarkation and sail for Poros. Enjoy abeautiful walk up to the
clock tower and admire the panorama. Lunch (drinks are not included) will be
served during the voyage to Hydra. Hydra is one of the most beautiful islands
