Registration Information

How to register
To register for the XVI Regional Congress of ISBT in Bangkok, please download and complete the registration form and return, preferably before October 17, 2005, to the Congress Organiser. Or register online, pre-registration via the website will not be possible after November 1, 2005, after this date only on-site registration will be accepted. Please follow exactly the instructions for payment of all fees involved. Every participant, including invited participants and accompanying persons, must be registered.

Payment
Registration fees, to be paid in € (EURO), should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration form.

Fees
The following registration fees apply:

* for ISBT members who paid the membership fee for 2005.
** to qualify for the Student fee (participants aged 45 and younger), the applicant’s registration form must be provided with a covering letter confirming the date of birth by sending a copy of the passport.

What does the fee cover:

Participants
Admission to Scientific Programme, Exhibition, Satellite Symposia, Abstract Book, Final Programme, Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception on November 12, Certificate of Attendance, Congress Satchel, Coffee, Tea and Lunch.

Accompanying persons
Admission to: Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception on November 12, 2005.
Complimentary half-day tour.

Cancellation of registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is October 1, 2005. The Congress Organiser should be notified in writing. Payment minus an administration fee of € 100 will be refunded after the Congress. Please note that no refunds can be made after October 1, 2005.
