Hotel Information

Introduction
A wide range of hotel rooms have been reserved for exhibitors and participants attending the XXXIst International Congress of the ISBT which will be held from June 26 to July 1, 2010 in Berlin, Germany. K.I.T. Group has been appointed as the Offi cial Congress Housing Agency to handle enquiries and requests for rooms.

Reservation
Reservations should be made before April 30, 2010 for best availability. Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. All rates incl. breakfast, VAT and service charges. All reservations must be made using the official booking form via the website and submitted with full credit card details, without which the booking cannot be processed. Telephone reservations will not be accepted. Should the selected hotels be sold out, K.I.T. Group reserves the right to book a hotel in a similar category and price range. Should you plan to arrive at your hotel after 18.00 hours please inform K.I.T. Group accordingly.

Payment
Upon receipt of the hotel booking and full credit card details, K.I.T. Group will confirm your booking. K.I.T. Group will charge the credit card on April 30, 2010 with the entire amount due for accommodation and send out an accommodation invoice. After April 30, 2010, deposits will be debited from the credit card upon receipt of the booking. No invoice will be sent until K.I.T. Group has received full payment. Should K.I.T. Group not be able to debit the provided credit card on April 30, 2010, the hotel reservation will be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation conditions.

Confirmation & Invoice
Confi rmation of the hotel booking will be sent upon receipt of the housing request and full credit card details. The invoice will follow after payment has been made on April 30, 2010.

Changes and Cancellations
All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing (fax, letter or e-mail) to K.I.T. Group. Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly. For cancellations received before April 30, 2010 one full night accommodation will be charged by K.I.T. Group. For cancellations after April 30, 2010 no refunds will be possible, and K.I.T. Group reserves the right to charge the full confi rmed stay, if the hotel room cannot be resold. For a reduction in the length of stay or in case of a no-show, no refunds will be made. The entire number of nights booked on the hotel booking form and confi rmed by K.I.T. Group will be charged. No-shows will be released at 09.00 hours the following day and the accommodation will not be refunded.
