Booking Policy

The online booking system will be available untill March 10, 2009.

Payment policy

Upon booking full payment is required to guarantee your booking.

Excursion Booking Policy

• Minimum number of persons to operate the tours exclusively for ISBT participants is 5 persons per tour.
• Bookings are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.
• On receipt of completed form and payment, confirmation will be sent to the participant. This confirmation letter is proof that the booking. has been made and payment received. In the event of no-show, payment is not refundable.
• Prices are including transfer in Modern A/C coaches, English Speaking Guide and Entrance fees (unless otherwise stated).
• Prices are excluding tips, drinks, meals and any personal expenses (unless otherwise stated)
• Prices are per person per excursion.
• The priority of hotels pick up & drop off will be based on the hotel location and the tour coach plan & situation.
• Please assemble in the lobby of the hotel at least 15 minutes prior to the transfer.
• Bookings for tours will be closed at 14.00 hours one day prior to the tour.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

1. No cancellation fees will be applicable for any cancellation received in writing before March 10, 2009.
2. 100% charge in case of cancellation received 14 days prior to the starting date of the tour or in case of No Show.

Fulll service charges will apply to cancellations, no shows, later or earlier arrival than the indicated dates. All refunds will be made 30 days AFTER the close of the ISBT Congress.

1. Half-Day Pyramids

2. Half-Day Egyptian Museum

Price : € 25,– (excl. Entrance for the Mummies room.)

Visit one of the world’s most famous museums, The Egyptian Museum, which has the magnificent collection of antiquities, includes mummies, sarcophagi and the fabulous treasures from Tut Ankh Amun’s tomb.

3. Half-Day Citadel & Bazaars

Visit the historical Citadel of Saladin that defended Cairo against all invaders throughout history. Hereafter we go to the incredible selection of shopping, leisure, culture and nightlife. Shopping ranges from the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaars

4. Sound & Light Show at Pyramids

This open-air attraction takes place at the Pyramids & Sphinx plateau at night, the whole history of the Pharaonic civilization will be highlighted with narration, music, and a fabulous laser & lights show.

You will enjoy your dinner sailing along the river Nile for approximately Two Hours, and you will enjoy attending the fabulous folklore show with the belly dancer, Tannora show and Horse Show as well as live band.
