Hotel Accommodation

Introduction

Wings Tours, the official appointed travel agency handling the hotel bookings as well as other travel logistics, is pleased to announce that booking is already made to a wide range of hotel rooms and is now available for exhibitors and participants attending the XIXth Regional Congress of the ISBT, Eastern Mediterranean and Europe.

Reservation procedures

• To make a hotel reservation, please complete the “Online Hotel and Tour Booking Form”. Where you should indicate your hotel and type of room preferences on the booking form and submit it along with full payment to guarantee your booking.
• The online booking form will be available online till March 10, 2009, or till the allotment will be sold out.
• Hotel bookings are being offered on first come first serve basis.
• Any booking received after March 10, 2009, should be submitted in written to isbt.cairo@wingsegypt.com and will be subject to the hotel availability.
   

Confirmation of Hotel Bookings

On receipt of the Hotel and Tour Booking form and the hotel Payment, an instant confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. This confirmation e-mail, will act as your booking confirmation number as well as receipt of your payment.

All hotel reservations will be confirmed to you in writing with the name of the hotel, the type of accommodation booked, the arrival and departure dates, the rate, and the required payment. The hotel reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis according to when the requests for accommodation are received. Full payment is required to make the hotel booking. Payment can be made in Euro by credit cards only through the online payment system or through bank transfer.

3 Nights is the minimum stay at the hotels during the period March 21 to 24, 2009. Check in should be before March 22, 2009 otherwise the night of March 21 will be charged automatically.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

• Any cancellation should be received in writing to isbt.cairo@wingsegypt.com.
• All cancellations will be subject to the following deadlines and charges: Before September 02, 2008, full refund less a handling charge of Euro 30 per room.
• Until February 01, 2009, one night room charge per room. After February 01, 2009, full room charge*
   

* All Booking amendments will be subject to the above policy and deadline No Show will be subject to full charge of the booked rooms. All refunds will be made 30 days AFTER the termination date of ISBT Cairo 2009 congress.

Arrival Dates

Egypt time is GMT +2, so please ensure to fill in the correct arrival date and time in the booking form, considering the time difference among your origin and Egypt.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures

The check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 12.00 hours it might vary from one hotel to another. Reservations for early arrivals and late departures will be subject to additional bookings for extra nights and should be paid in full to guarantee the booking.
