Registration Information
How to Register
To register for the XIXth Regional Congress of
the ISBT, Eastern Mediterranean & Europe,
Cairo, Egypt, register via the website or complete the
registration form and return, before March 10,
2009 to the Congress Organiser. Pre-registration
via the website will not be possible after March
10, 2009. After this date only on-site registration
will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions
for payment of all fees involved are strictly
followed. Every participant, including invited
participants and accompanying persons, must be
registered.
Payment
Registration fees are to be paid in Euro, and should be paid according to the registration procedure.

For ISBT Members who paid paid the member ship fee for 2008, registration number to be provided
For ESBT Members who paid the membership fee for 2008, registration number to be provided
For people who would like to become ISBT member while registering
To qualify for the Student Fee, the applicant's registration must be accompanied by a letter from the academic institution confirming registration
What does the Registration Fee Cover
Participants
Admission to Scientific Programme, Exhibition, Satellite Symposia, Abstract Book, Congress Bag, ISBT Scientific Series, Final Programme, CD Rom with abstracts, Certificate of Attendance, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception.
Accompanying persons
Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and a Cairo City Tour, NO admission to the scientific lectures. There will be strict badge control at the entrance of the meeting rooms.
Cancellation of Registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is February 16, 2009. The Congress Organiser must be notified in writing of any cancellations. An administration fee of € 100,00 will be charged for all cancellations. Payments will be refunded after the Congress. Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations after February 16, 2009. After March 10, 2009 registration via the website will not be possible and you are requested to register on-site at the Congress.
