Registration Information
How to register
Due to logistical reasons it is not possible to
register any more in advance. We kindly request you to come the Registration
Desk in the CTICC to register on site. To make it yourself more convenient,
you may download the registration form, complete it and bring it with you to
the Registration Desk. Please do not fax the registration form to the
Congress Secretariat.
Payment
Please do not transfer any monies any more to the bank account. On site you can pay by credit card or cash in Euro. For South African citizens we have made an exemption that they can pay with South African Rand.
Fees
The following registration fees apply:

* For ISBT members who paid the membership fee for 2006. Registration
number must be provided.
** For AfSBT members from Africa who paid the
membership fee for 2006. Registration number must be provided.
*** To qualify
for the Student Fee, the applicant’s registration form must be accompanied by
a letter from the academic institution confirming registration.
What does the registration fee cover?
Participants
Admission to scientific programme, exhibition, satellite symposia, abstract book, congress bag, state-of-the-art education lectures, final programme, certificate of attendance, lunches, coffee breaks, opening ceremony, welcome cocktail party and Chapman’s Peak Excursion.
Accompanying persons
Opening ceremony and welcome cocktail party, half-day Cape Town orientation tour and Chapman’s Peak Excursion.
Cancellation of registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is 1 August 2006. The Congress Organiser must be notified in writing of any cancellations. An administration fee of ¤ 75 will be charged for all cancellations. Payments will be refunded after the Congress. Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations after 1 August 2006. After 22 August 2006 registration on the website will not be possible and you are requested to register on-site at the Congress.
