Registration information

How to register

To register for the XVIIIth Regional Congress of the ISBT in Hanoi, please complete the enclosed registration form and return, preferably before October 15, 2007, to the Congress Organiser. Pre-registration via the web site will not be possible after November 1, 2007, after this date only on-site registration will be accepted. Please follow exactly the instructions for payment of all fees involved. Every participant, including invited participants and accompanying persons, must be registered.

Payment

Registration fees, to be paid in EURO, should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration form included in this announcement. The same procedure will be described when registering on-line. If you register on-line only payment via credit card will be accepted.

The registration desk in the Melia Hotel will be open at the following hours:

Friday November 9, 2007	16.00 – 18.00 hours
Saturday November 10, 2007	07.30 – 17.00 hours
Sunday November 11, 2007	07.30 – 17.30 hours
Monday November 12, 2007	08.00 – 17.30 hours
Tuesday November 13, 2007	08.00 – 12.30 hours

To qualify for the students fee, please show an identification assigned by your head of training.

What Is included in the fee?

Participants

• Admission to the Scientific Programme, the Satellite Symposia, the Exhibition, the Opening Ceremony the Welcome Cocktail Party
• A copy of the Final Programme, Abstract Book, ISBT Science Series Congress Bag, Certificate of Attendance
• Coffee, Tea and Lunch

Accompanying persons

• Admission to the Opening Ceremony, the Welcome Cocktail Party, the Closing Ceremony
• Hanoi City Tour (morning or afternoon)

Cancellation of Registration

The deadline for cancellation of registration is October 15, 2007. the Congress Organiser should be notified in writing of any cancellations. Payment minus an administration fee of € 75.00 will be refunded after the congress. Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations after October 15, 2007.
