Tour Booking Policy

  • Form and full payment must be received on or before May 7, 2008.
  • Minimum number of persons to operate the tours exclusively for ISBT 2008 participants:
    Optional Day Tours – 20 persons per tour
    Post Congress Tours – 15 persons per tour
  • Bookings are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • On receipt of completed form and payment, confirmation will be sent to the participant. This confirmation letter is proof that the booking has been made and payment received. In the event of no-show, payment is not refundable.
  • Final tour arrangements are subject to change in weather conditions and minimum quota requirements. In the event of cancellation of tours, the only liability of IC is to refund the tour fees paid.
  • Please reconfirm the tour pick up point and time at the Social Programme Desk in the Registration Area.
  • Participants are advised to arrange personal travel insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage or loss of personal effects. IC will accept no liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the participants during the organized tours.
  • In the event of no show, payment is non-refundable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full payment is required at time of reservation.
Cancellation charge will be applied as follows if cancellation notice is received:
Before May 7, 2008, 50% of tour fee
After May 7, 2008, no refund

All refunds will be made 30 days AFTER the close of ISBT MACAO 2008.
