Hotel Accomodation

Madrid’s hotel capacity is among the best in Europe, with 67,000 quality beds and growing, of which about half are in 5 and 4 stars hotels. The present rhythm of investments in new hotels together with the enlargement of the current ones will allow the city of Madrid to reach up to 50,000 rooms in 2006.

Quality, quantity and good prices are the motto of the hotel offer in Madrid, one of the most complete in Europe, and it is quite difficult not to find the suitable hotel for the occasion.

Confirmation of reservation
All hotel reservations will be confirmed to you in writing with the name of the hotel, the type of accommodation booked, the arrival and departure dates, the rate, and the deposit required. This will be accompanied by a receipt and request
for payment.

Hotel deposit
The rates are per room and night and breakfast. VAT 7% not included. For the confirmation of the hotel reservation, it’s necessary to pay one night deposit in advance as guarantee of the reservation. Moreover, all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number although the payment can be made by another method, (bank transfer of bank draft). The advanced deposits will be deducted from the final hotel invoice. No reservation will be processed without the payment of this deposit and the credit card number. No hotel reservation will be guaranteed after May 4, 2007. The reservations will be made on a first come/first served basis. Changes in hotel bookings have to be sent in writing to TILESA OPC, and not to the Hotel.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations before May 4, 2007 will be totally reimbursed minus a 15% handling fee. After May 4, 2007 no reimbursement of the deposit can be made. After June 15, 2007 for no shows or if you arrive later or leave earlier than the indicated dates the total accommodation amount will be charged by the hotel.

Method of Payment
By A banker’s cheque payable to TILESA OPC, must be sent together with this booking form. (except the last 30 days before the congress, when only credit cards will be accepted). The cheque must be issued in Euro (€). Mentioning the Congress and the Participant’s name. We are sorry to having to inform you that Personal cheques cannot be accepted or by Credit Card.
