Scientific InformationImportant Notice for Chairpersons and SpeakersAll chairpersons and speakers are kindly requested to be in the session room at least 10 minutes before the start of the session. AbstractsAbstracts are printed as supplement of Vox Sanguinis. All abstracts are listed in the Programme Book. The abstracts are also published on a CD Rom, SPONSORED BY GAMBRO BCT. Certificates of AttendanceCertificates of Attendance will be available at Registration Desk as of Tuesday, June 26, 12.00 hours. FellowshipsThanks to the ISBT, the Organising Committee has awarded several young people from low income countries with a fellowship. ISBT Science SeriesMost papers of the invited speakers are printed in the ISBT Science
Series. Poster AreaPosters will be presented in the Poster Area, which is located on the
ground floor. PostersPosters will be presented on poster boards on a daily basis. Presenters are requested to be available for discussion of their posters on the day of their presentation during coffee, tea and lunch breaks. Please find the schedule on page Posters. Poster MountingPlease mount your poster on the above mentioned day, between 08:00 and 10:00 hours. The number of your poster can be found in the final programme and/or abstract book which will be handed over to you upon registration. There is a poster desk in the poster area. The staff at this desk can help you as well. Assistance and material for mounting the posters (tape, blue tack, etc.) will be available during these periods. Setting-up a poster generally takes at least 15 minutes. Poster Material RemovingMaterial should be taken on the day of your presentation before 18.00 hours. According the above mentioned schedule. Material that has not been taken down by the author(s) in time will be removed and destroyed. Responsibility for poster presentationsThe Organising Committee does not assume any responsibility for material displayed on the poster boards. Power Point presentationsOnly PowerPoint presentations made in Microsoft Office XP or earlier versions will be accepted. Programme changesThe organisers cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances. Changes will be mentioned on the message board in the registration area. Speaker Ready RoomThe Speaker Ready Room is located the Room Luxemburgo on the first floor.
Speakers are requested to bring their presentations to the Speaker Ready
Room on USB stick or CD-Rom at least 3 hours before your presentation is
scheduled. You may also bring your laptop for copying your presentation to
the main computer, which will be used for sending the presentations to the
different meeting rooms. The use of your own laptop during your presentation
is NOT possible.
