Tour Booking Policy

1. Booking and full payment must be completed by September 30, 2009.

2. Minimum number of persons to operate the tours exclusively for ISBT 2009 participants:

Pre and Post Congress Tours – 20 persons per tour
Optional Day Tours are not exclusive for ISBT.
Optional Day Tours – 2 persons per tour

3. Bookings are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.

4. After completing your on line reservation, confirmation will be sent to the participant. This confirmation letter is proof that the booking has been made and payment received. In the event of no-show, payment is not refundable.

5. Final tour arrangements are subject to change in weather conditions and minimum quota requirements. In the event of cancellation of tours, the only liability of ICC is to refund the tour fees paid.

6. Please reconfirm the tour pick up point and time at the Social Programme Desk in the Registration area.

7. Participants are advised to arrange personal travel insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage or loss of personal effects. ICC will accept no liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the participants during the organized tours.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full payment is required at time of reservation. Cancellation charge will be applied as follows if cancellation notice is received: Before September 30, 2009, 50% of tour fee After September 30, 2009, no refund.

All refunds will be made 30 days AFTER the close of ISBT NAGOYA 2009.

Registered Accompanying Person Tour

NAGOYA CASTLE & TOKUGAWA GARDEN

Visit magnificent Nagoya castle and beautiful Tokugawa Garden, that are both best cultural places representative in Nagoya. Feel Tokugawa’s history at Nagoya Castle. Tokugawa museum is also located in Tokugawa Garden.

(2) OSAKA – NARA – KYOTO 3 DAYS

Visit Ise Jingu (awarded Michelin 2009), Okage Yokocho, Ama Hut, Mikimoto Pearl Island. In this tour, you will visit a small hut of ”Ama” (women diver) where Ama divers stock their equipments, take some rest and warm themselves after the diving, and have some meals. You can make communication with Ama divers and learn their lifestyle and culture. Also you can taste some broiled sea shells or some snacks.
