How to Register
You can register for the XXth Regional Congress of the ISBT, Asia, Nagoya, Japan, on line. or complete the registration form and return it, to the Congress Organiser before October 30.Pre-registration will not be possible after October 30, 2009. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants and accompanying persons, must be registered.
Payment
Registration fees are to be paid in Euro, and should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration website or on the registration form.Fees

To qualify for the Student Fee, the applicant's registration must be accompanied by a letter from the academic institution confirming registration
Accompanying Persons are persons who do not have access to the meeting rooms.
What does the Registration Fee Cover?
ParticipantsAdmission to Scientific Programme, Exhibition, Satellite Symposia, Abstract Book, Congress Bag, ISBT Scientific Series, Final Programme, CD Rom with abstracts, Certificate of Attendance, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception.
Accompanying persons
Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and a
City Tour, NO admission to the scientific lectures.
There will be strict badge control at the entrance
of the meeting rooms.
Cancellation of Registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is
October 16, 2009. The Congress Organiser must
be notified in writing of any cancellations. An
administration fee of €100,– will be charged for
all cancellations. Payments will be refunded after
the Congress. Please note that no refunds can be
made for cancellations after October 16, 2009.
After October 30, 2009 registration via the website
will not be possible and you are requested to
register on-site at the Congress.
Dr. Harold Gunson Fellowships
A limited number of grants will be available. The applicant
should:
- be 40 years or younger;
- live in a country belonging to the South East Asian and Western Pacific Region with an emerging economy (according to the official WHO list);
- submit an abstract;
- the abstract should be accepted for the scientific program;
- should not have received an ISBT fellowship more than twice before.
To apply for a fellowship grant please submit your abstract via the website and request the special fellowship form from the ISBT Central Office (centraloffice@isbt-web.org), before September 1, 2009
